Harlem Liqueur Tasting Party! | 2 days to RSVP!
So do we all remember Swanky Bubbles in Cherry Hill, NJ from our Halloween Party 2009 feature? Here’s a link to refresh your memory. But no need to freak out kids, all the danger is gone…the vampires left…I called ahead, don’t worry…I’m looking out for you. And actually, if you believed me about the real vampires, you probably shouldn’t be going to Swanky’s liquor tasting party…lay off the booze punk.
Anyways, next Monday, November 9th, Nolet Spirits (the family that brings you Ketel One Vodka) is introducing Harlem Kruiden Liqueur @ Swanky Bubbles in Cherry Hill. The party starts @ 9pm. It is an RSVP event, and you have til November 6th to do so. RSVP to Rob Ortiz at rortiz@noletspirits.com.
Harlem is a shot drink imported from Holland. This is a new brand in the area and I haven’t tried it, so my ever influential & expert review is not available to you. But, if the folks from Ketel One are behind it, my bet is it’s definitely worth checking out. Here’s a little snipet, “Harlem is a kruiden based shot drink. Kruiden is the term the Dutch use to describe the herbs that give Harlem its distinctively smooth taste. Harlem is imported from Holland and named after Haarlem, a Dutch town just outside of Amsterdam.”
