Pacquiao vs. Cotto | Watch the fight at New Jersey Bars, Episode 3
Who’s wants to watch one of the biggest fights of the year in the confines of your favorite watering hole? I do!
Pacquiao vs. Cotto is one of the most anticipated fights of the year…its drawing international attention…and the powers that be are expecting the fight to set pay-per-view records. Just don’t expect the New Jersey bar scene to contribute to that record. There are very few New Jersey bars across the state where you’re going to find the world’s #1 pound for pound fighter matched up with the immensely popular Puerto Rican fighter Miguel Cotto. I’m not blaming bar owners by any means. It’s $$$. The UFC is extremely hot right now, and continues to gain speed, which is great…I love the UFC. But…it’s about 1/3 less the cost to get the UFC fights than boxing. Listen, I understand business, and I get it…but it’s just kinda sad.
Anyways, I’m done with my semi-rant, and I don’t want to get into digging up stats, trends, and all that crap. So…out of UpAfterDusk.com’s 105 or so bars and clubs, here’s watchu get for fight locations (luckily they are spread around the state a bit….north jerz…you’re outta luck…although, not an UpAterDusk.com bar, Tiffany’s in Pinebrook, Rt. 46 is carrying it)
