New Jersey Fist Pumping 101

First:
Find a bar that has a great New Jersey cover band playing.

Second:
Go to that bar

Third:
Wait patiently for said band to play “Living On A Prayer”
(if you don’t know who sings that, you need to study New Jersey music history some more before you venture out to partake in this activity)

Fourth:
As song begins, grab a few friends (arms around shoulder as to form a group) & begin to dance & sing along…with feeling.

Fifth:
As the song reaches the chorus, raise your arm with clenched fist and vigorously pump fist into the air along to the beat of the song.

Sixth:
VERY IMPORTANT:
Don’t forget to continue singing loudly (screaming actually) while fist pumping.

Seventh:
While fist pumping, look around and nod your head as if in approvement to all other fist pumpers.

This Week: New Jersey Young Professionals Happy Hours #fb

New Jersey Young Professionals is about getting out and making friends!  There are thousands of members and a whopping 20-30 official events per month.  Members meet at restaurants, bars, in coffee houses, at comedy clubs, and even outdoors.  The organization also holds events to taste wine, honor the happy hour, network, play board games, hike, bike, and so much more.

This week UpAfterDusk.com would like to highlight three great happy hours for you to attend.  These events cater to 21-39 year olds.  They are also very casual with no sign in tables or name tags.  There is no cover charge, but you are encourages to RSVP through there website, NJYP.org
