So…this just in…HERE’S YOUR WEATHER FORECAST FOR TONIGHT IN ATLANTIC CITY…
The Weather Channel (one of my favorite stations, because I’m a giant dork…yeah, you know what I mean by giant baby…alright, sorry for that, but I get in really wacky moods before really good storms…but you know what I mean baby, right?…wink, wink…ha) is calling this monster moving up the coast a “Historic Storm”. We’re talking to the proportions of the big nor’easters in January and February of 1998 and Isabel in 2003. Now we all remember that shit, right (insert sarcasm)? Get ready for a pounding over the next couple days. Go by some bread and eggs now!!!
Ok, so after all that, get your ass out tonight and celebrate the perfect storm. And there’s no event more ironically perfect than “Godspeed”, tonight @ the House of Blues Foundation Room. Not only can you dance, drink, and pray the night away…but, the room overlooks all the massive destruction that will be taking place out in the Atlantic. Godspeed young ones.

New Jersey Halloween Parties 2009 | Mixx & Gypsy Bar @ The Borgata, Atlantic City, NJ
The Atlantic City scene gets venue #22 of the New Jersey bar & nightclub tour of raging Halloween parties.
Venue #22 :
We all looooooooove The Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ. Borgata nightlife is second to none with 3 super hip and cool venues. 2 of them are having their Halloween Costume Parties on Saturday. Mixx & Gypsy Bar. Two distinctively different spots with the same crazy ass Playboy Halloween Party. Each spot has $1,000 in prizes and bunny costumes are encouraged. Even better is that you’ll get to party with that nice lady pictured below…Philadelphia’s own, playmate Shannon James. As far as entertainment, Gypsy Bar has 2 bands, Dead Poets and Lost in Paris. Dead Poets starts @ 7pm. Mixx has DJ Irie starting @ 10pm.

New Jersey Halloween Parties 2009 | Dusk @ Caesars, Atlantic City, NJ
UpAfterDusk.com’s newest addition is venue #14 of 40 in our Halloween Feature of New Jersey Bar and Nightclub Halloween party venues.

Dusk @ Caesars is Atlantic City’s newest and hottest nightlife destinations. It is a joint venture between DJ AM and Red Stripe Plane Group. The design, layout, sound system, concept, and atmosphere of this place is just…is just…is just…wow. I’ll let ya go to their website to get a better idea for yourself…that’s right, I’ll let you. Remember, I control everything you do. Ok, 2 nights and 2 parties. Mischief night…for those of you who missed your childhood is the night before Halloween. Dusk is having a RED Party w/ DJ Royale. Everyone dressed in red gets in for free. Red’s not flattering on you? …then pay your 20 bones. Saturday night, Halloween, is “I Dream of Audrina” hosted by Audrina Patridge. She was MTV’s The Hills. Come dressed as your favorite TV Star…Dusk is giving away $1,000 in cash and prizes. Music is by Marshall Barnes.

New Jersey Halloween Parties 2009 | Game On!, Atlantic City, NJ
So, here we are…Halloween week! As promised here is the beginning of UpAfterDusk.com’s coverage of 40 New Jersey bars and nightclubs that are having great Halloween parties. The 40 selected are in no particular order and I hope this gives you some good insight into where you’ll be partying out this weekend!
Venue # 1:
If you haven’t heard of Game On! In Atlantic City, you’re really not as cool as I thought you were. Haha, just kidding. But come on, really…it’s one of the hottest sports bars you will find. Over 90 plasma tv’s, a state of the art sound system, sky box vip areas, live DJs, a mechanical view, girls dancing on the bar. If that’s not enough, it’s on the third floor of Caesars Pier…step outside the entrance of the joint and you have a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Game On!’s Halloween party is on Friday, October 30, 2009. “Vamps & Vixens” is the theme and yes their will be cash and prizes for best costumes for all you money hungry fools. DJ Micaphonchecka will have all the vixens dancing on the bar. You’re not gonna find better drink specials in Atlantic City than this on Friday night. @ 10pm start $1 You Call It’s. 11pm it goes up to $2. 12am – 1am it goes to $3. Good? I’d say so!

Halloween Parties | New Jersey Bars | New Jersey Nightclubs | 40 Venues
So, I guess it’s appropriate I write this while I’m sitting here watching, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Came across it by accident, but it’s no doubt fate. Being that I’ll never grow past the age of 8 or 9, Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas are never officially in season until I watch the corresponding Charlie Brown special.
Whatever, call me what you want, but I accept that I am a big kid who loves this time of year, but can now also enjoy some booze & write about nightlife & entertainment in New Jersey. Wow! …I need a second…is anyone in awe of me as much as I am right now for how graceful and clever that segue way was???
Alright, starting tomorrow, and over the next couple days, I’m going to bring you 40 New Jersey bars and nightclubs that are having great Halloween parties. Whatever info I have on the parties (djs, live music, drink specials, prizes), I will bring to you! …don’t you feel special? Well you should!
