The Saint in Asbury Park is a staple in New Jersey music scene. There mission is to present and preserve live original music at the Jersey Shore. Check out what they have going on for Halloween…Bacardi Rum Halloween Jam & Costume Party. The bands that are featured are The Juggling Suns, Amber Blues, and Captain James & The Pain. One of the hippest live & original music venues in New Jersey! Tonight is an event that you must check out. Phanphest Entertainment presents another chapter in their “Asbury Rising Concert Series”. On the bill is Mad Sweet Pangs, Doug Mikula & The Domino Effect, and the Eryn Shewell Band.
This is an 18 to enter, 21 to drink event. $7 cover.
$3 Miller Lite bottles and $2 PBR drafts.

Mad Sweet Pangs:
For the past five years, Mad-Sweet Pangs has been tastefully gracing the jam scene with their original, soulful, organic sound, and high-energy live performances. Drawing from an eclectic blend of musical influences, ranging from American Folk to Chicago Blues, from underground Rock and Pop to Jazz, and even Country, this quartet is generating a buzz at every new show they play.
Doug Mikula & The Domino Effect:
Doug Mikula has performed with bands like Woodfish, Drive, Jody Joseph and the Average Joes, The Matthew Curran Band, Course of Evolution (now the Matt King project), DWI, Last Perfect Thing, and Alexis Guerra. The Domino Effect, Acid Jazz.
In the beginning, Doug was hugely influenced by Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and other instrumental guitarists. These great guitarists inspired Doug to start an instrumental project of his own. From there, his taste in music started to expand to include more jazz and jam rock influences. You can listen to some of this influence in Doug’s new band, The Domino Effect.
Eryn Shewell Band:
